Flor de Sal D'Es Trenc: Oliver Brenneisen has been the official photographer of one of Mallorca´s greatest gourmet food product successes from the early days of the brand in 2006 until 2016. The iconic shots of women dressed in white, harvesting salt at sunset at the salt marches near the island´s pretty Es Trenc beach have been published in dozens of magazine reportages, books. This long-term collaboration between a conceptual photographer and a brand show very nicely what role classic reportage photography can play. Within few years, a business idea that started with a simple wooden table as market stall turned into a international export venture to some 25 countries.
