The Golden Egg is a perpetual quest of two determined minds to the essence of 

beauty and the good. The collaboration between the photographer Oliver Brenneisen and 

Dr Miguel Sanchez Romera, neurologist and hyper chef. The two have started their creative

explorations a decade ago with the production of award-wining books and exhibition projects.





For decades, Miguel Sanchez Romera has been spearheading the spanish culinary evolution. 

Today, the Chefdoctor operates worldwide between Barcelona, New York, Shanghai

on culinary art and science projects, in his restaurants, exclusive dinner projects.
